We didn’t like the hotel, we arrived and the employees were not nice and polite with us beside that they don’t speak English and it was very difficult to find the location of the hotel. The air conditioner didn’t work and we had 38c degrees. We didn’t even stay there cause in the first night a BED BUG INFESTATION bit us very bad and infested our luggage, so at 3am we had to leave the hotel and find another one leaving part of our clothes and belongings. Because of that we had to leave Venice in the next morning to find a hospital to medical inspection cause we had fever and allergy plus laundry service to disinfect our luggages.

Location was alright
Lovely location - pretty looking over the canal and not too busy. Close enough to walk to st marks square and Rialto (15-20 min) and also a short walk from both accademia and salute waterbus stops. Our hairdryer wasn’t working on arrival and was promptly replaced when reported. Air con in room was good
